     We have integrated our Newsletter management module with the advanced functionality of Datadyn. In this way, you can manage user lists, feedback and detailed reports.
     
    Description of mailing and management functions:
    “WebHat Newsletter” is software that allows you to organize and distribute customized e-mail messages, in HTML or text format, to a list of subscribed individuals. It has several unique advanced functions that allow you to analyze the effective success of each send: it is possible to control who has read an email and for how long.  Very advanced read statistics are also available.
    The system organizes the archive of sent emails and it offers an advanced user management. Consequently, your website (realized and structured with WebHat) becomes a “communication tool” with your actual or potential clients. 

    Main Newsletter module characteristics:
    • E-mail read statistics and reports
    • User e-mail opening and reading time are reported by Newsletter
    • Send success percentage is immediately available to the system administrator
    • Graphic visualization of statistic data related to every newsletter (with the possibility to analyze which links contained in the body text have been clicked and the frequency)
    • Control (also graphically) the performance of recent sends
    • Send profiling
    • Implement user based choice  parameters at the subscription phase (personal details as well as e-mail)
    • Send newsletters according to predefined parameters
    • Supports most major e-mail clients (guarda questa voce in italiano, sembra duplicato)
    • Supported formats: text, HTML and AOL rich text
    • Send format choices (text, HTML, etc.), a decision that can be made also during subscription
