Changes to the CMS core

In order to further improve the indexation capability of websites created with WebHat, from now on every time you publish a new page the CMS generates the files sitemap.xml. For further info please visit this link.

In the template editor it has been added a new field to decide if the visual editor should use the tag <p> rather than the tag <div> as a defined paragraph separator.

A new functionality has been added to allow to add inside the website some special files such as favicon.ico, robots.txt, system.others.conf.php and the index.htm to create an alternative homepage (i.e. intro in Flash).


Furthermore we have modified the way to generate the header HTTP in order to increase the research engine interest to your website; we have solved a bug found in the "logout" button and we have improved the information window from which you can now verify the whole updating chronology

Changes to the modules

Modules Banner. The new fiels "text area" has been added. In this field you can add an alternative HTML code which will be shown inside the tag <object>. This code is even useful to index contents. Furthermore the banner list shows which category is associated to a particular banner.

Module Download. You can now decide the ACL on the access to the available files for the download in the reserve areas.

Functionality DataDyn. The list showing the data contained in each entity has been modified. You can now sort the list according to the different fields and you can now carry out specific researches for each field, filtering and ordering the different columns through drag&drop operations.
