The WebHat Newsletter module is the software designed for companies that need to send and manage personalized newsletters in HTML format or text, to a list of registered individuals.

It has several unique and advanced functions that allow you to analyze the effective success of each send: it is possible to control who has read an email and for how long. Very advanced read statistics are also available.
The system organizes the archive of sent emails and it offers advanced user management. Consequently, your website (realized and structured with WebHat) becomes a “communication tool” with your actual or potential clients.

WebHat Newsletter module, main features:

E-mail read statistics and report

* User e-mail opening and reading time are reported by Newsletter
* Send success percentage is immediately available to the system administrator
* Graphic visualization of statistic data related to every newsletter (with the possibility to analyze which links contained in the body text have been clicked and the frequency)
* Control (also graphically) the performance of recent sends

Send profiling

* Implement user based parameter choices at the subscription phase (personal details as well as e-mail)
* Send newsletters according to predefined parameters
* Supports most major e-mail clients
* Supported formats: text, HTML and AOL rich text
* Send format choices (text, HTML, etc.), a decision that can be made also during subscription

High speed sends

* The implemented system allows for more simultaneous connections and is optimized to send more than 20 .000 messages an hour
* Address error control with re-addressing
* The re-addressing of e-mails is automatically traced
* Incorrect e-mail addresses are flagged and subsequently cancelled depending on configuration

Send planning

* Schedule exact send time
* Number of supported users
* Newsletter module does not have a subscribed user limit

Import and export of users

* Import and implement user lists using Microsoft Excel and CSV or text files autonomously
* Export user lists to Microsoft Excel, CSV or text files

Subscribed user management

* Option to send the administrator a message every time a user subscribes or cancels their subscription
* Manage user categories and nominal lists
* Trace the effective number of emails sent to a specific user
