IDC Colt
All KeyCode servers are proprietary applications and are installed at an internet data center in Milan (Italy) C/o COLT and in the USA (for US users).
COLT has been chosen for the highly professional level of its staff and technical infrastructure. This has proved a winning strategy for many years in terms of available bandwidth for KeyCode servers and the speed of assistance services when required.
The Service Level Agreement between KeyCode and COLT helps our team to work more efficiently without having to worry about issues related to connectivity, enabling us to focus exclusively on customer assistance as well as software development and evolution.
All our partners can have access to this structure after fixing an appointment with a consultant who will arrange a visit.
