The WebHat Real Estate Agency module permits the management of a real estate agency via the maintenance of client files and detailed property data.

It allows agency site visitors to search, via a selection of various parameters, the properties contained in the database.

Moreover, each file can be organized with images, descriptions, and other useful data. As far as internal agency management are concerned, the various estate agents and supervisors can also search client files and properties. It is also possible to follow online negotiations between the two entities: starting from a property, you can select the various potentially interested clients (matching, for example, the property value and the clients’ economical means).

The opposite scenario is also possible: starting from a client, you can match all the property options available that could be of interest.
