The WebHat FAQ module allows you, as the name implies, to organize frequently asked questions and their answers in a better way, linking them into one or more subjects or categories.

You can edit, insert or eliminate both FAQs and their categories via the easy to use masks of the FAQ management module. Users can also put questions directly to the website staff or to the intranet administrator via an optional form. Once the administrator has received a question, he/she will decide whether to answer and publish the question/response or delete it.
