WebHat CMS in-depth
WebHat is software developed with PHP language and interfaced to the most common database servers. The application is built with a front end and a control panel accessible using a Username and Password and visible via a normal web browser. In this way only authorized users connected to the network can access and edit the website, without the final user ever seeing the editing mask. Content management is carried out directly online, more authorized operators can access and apply modifications simultaneously. All this can be achieved with no specific knowledge of HTML or other programming languages. From version 3.2 onwards, WebHat CMS guides users to create contents that are accessible and compatible with W3C standards.
The assignment of Usernames, Passwords and encrypted connections assure that only authorized personnel can edit WebPages. The system also provides for the assignment of specific intervention areas for each operator: this permits the intervention on each section or exclusively on specific areas (subsections).
The extreme ease of editing styles, fonts, inserting images, modules, copying contents, through simple operations allows the autonomous intervention of non-professional operators.
